A highly impressive golf course with the obvious american touch to the design. Long picturesque holes with wide faiways are heaven for long hitters.

Fontana has probably the best greens in europe but I feel it is let down by some of the hole designs.

Surprisingly American course: in lay-out, type of grass and shots. Very pleasurable.
